As the Antipodean Days Photographic Prints Collection is a high quality collection of unique prints we are unable to issue any refunds AFTER these prints have been mailed to you.

The prints are mailed to you at whatever postal address you indicate with your order...
... once your payment has been verified ...

We post the prints to you in a robust container... and use a premium door-to-door mailing service to guarantee that the prints arrive at your postal address in the same pristine condition that we posted them to you in.

Before we mail the prints to you we will email you [at the email address you have included with your order] with a pdf copy of your order instructions to verify your postal address.  We will then wait two days before we mail your prints. This is the time for you to tell us if their are any mail address errors. When the prints have been mailed we will then email you again with the postage details, so you will be able to track the delivery of the prints within your own postal system. 

Please WHITELIST our email address - sales[AT]antipodeandays.com - to ensure that you receive our email.  We cannot be held responsible for email which does not get through your ISP's spam filters. Free accounts [such as Hotmail, Yahoo etc] are now notorious for blocking legitimate email. Genuine email addresses are preferred.

If for some inconceivable reason our prints arrive in a severely damaged state, yes we will REPLACE them.  Please return the damaged prints to us, so we can verify the damage.  We will then post you replacement prints.

We do not resend prints which have been mailed to the wrong address [unless the error is ours].  Please DOUBLE CHECK your mailing instructions and all your contact details to ensure everything is correct when you place your order. Triple check that your email address is correct. 

We want all of our customers to have a positive experience when they purchase from us, however we also need to protect ourselves from those who would act in a fraudulent way on the Internet. If you have ANY problems whatsoever please CONTACT us, and we'll do our level best to sort out the problem. Be aware that [due to different time zones] it may take a few days to get a response from us.
